Why did Energy:Connected'12 get postponed?
The Covid-19 situation provided great uncertainty and great risk for many organizers. We were not able to arrange a conference as the audience and others know it. That is why we decided to move the conference to 19 and 20th of May 2022, to make the best possible conference for everyone involved.
Are the tickets I bought for Energy:Connected'21 still valid in May?
Yes! The ticket will automatically be transferred to 2022. You do not need to do anything! If you have specific questions about your ticket, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will the program for Energy:Connected'21 be the same in May?
Yes, the main themes of the conference and the majority of speakers will remain the same, but there are small changes to the program. There will also be a few additional speakers to look forward to! Stay updated on the program HERE.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at Scandic Hotel Fornebu. Address: Martin Linges vei 2, 1364 Fornebu
Does my conference pass give me access both days?
Yes, you will have entry access on both the 19th and 20th of May. It is not possible to purchase a one-day pass.
Do I need to sign up for parallel sessions after I register for the conference?
No. Most of the parallell sessions does not require any sign up before. It will be first come, first serve!
Will there be a way to get an overview of the program during the conference?
We will be offering an app where the participants can get updates, an overview of the program, and much more. Stay tuned! The program and overview of all session will be visible on screens around the whole conference area.
How to I get to the conference?
From Oslo City Centre, you can take the 81, 28 and 31 bus. The closest bus stop is IT Fornebu. From there it is a 2-minute walk to Scandic Fornebu. You can also take the train to Lysaker Station and take the bus from there. If you come by car, there is parking available.
